Sharon joined the recruiting field after many years of experience in Software Development positions at Comverse and NICE. She holds a degree in Computer Science and Management.
In 2015, she decided to quit as a QA director at NICE and make a professional change - moving from focus on technologies to focus on Human Capital.
For 3.5 years Sharon worked in a leading Executive Search Company, where she managed and led end-to-end recruitment processes.
Hagit has been working in HR since 2006. She worked as a recruitment manager for Netafim, and managed recruitment processes in various countries around the world (India, Brazil, China, Chile and more). She gained experience in recruiting mid-level and senior positions.
In 2013 she started focusing on sourcing and headhunting processes of senior executives and complex technological positions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences.
